不具合報告のプライバシーポリシー

Optiory Studio（以下「運営」）は、「プロやきゅう好きやねん！－ボールパーク・チャンピオンズ－」の不具合報告と、そのためのDiscord本人連携において、次のとおり情報を取り扱います。報告は任意です。通常の一人用プレイにDiscord連携は必要ありません。
1. 操作と送信のタイミング
F8や報告画面を開いたときは、端末内で調査用データを準備します。「Discordと連携」では本人確認に必要な情報を処理します。「Discordへ送信」を押したときに、入力内容・選択画像・診断データを送ります。画面を開くだけ、または送信前に閉じただけでは診断データをアップロードしません。
2. 取り扱う情報と目的
- 入力したタイトル・説明、選択したスクリーンショット（最大5枚）：不具合の内容の把握とコミュニティでの対応。
- ゲームのログ、診断用に複製したセーブ、ゲーム版・OS等の動作環境：再現、調査、修正。通常セーブとは別の調査用コピーです。
- Discord ID、共通アカウントID、期限付き認証情報：本人確認、受付履歴との対応、同じスレッドでの通知。Discordのパスワードを取得しません。Discordのアクセストークンは本人確認後に失効処理し、継続保管しません。
- 受付番号、日時、対応状況、再送防止用の識別値、IP由来のハッシュ：受付、重複・不正送信の防止と運用管理。
不具合調査・本人連携・報告への連絡・安全な運用のために利用します。報告データを広告のために利用しません。
3. Discordに公開されるもの
タイトル・説明・添付画像と、報告者へのメンションによるDiscordアカウントが、報告フォーラムの閲覧者に公開されます。個人情報や公開したくないものを記入・添付しないでください。画像は送信用JPEGへ変換し、元のファイル名・保存先パス・EXIFを送信しません。画像の写り込みは自動では消せません。
ログ・診断用セーブは開発用の公開鍵で暗号化して送信・保管します。小さいZIPは暗号化したままDiscordにも添付します。大きいZIPは開発者の認証が必要な取得リンクを載せます。運営の許可された調査担当者が秘密鍵で復号して調査します。暗号化によって運営が読めなくなるものではありません。
4. 保存期間
- 受信した診断ZIPと画像：受信から30日を期限として、運営の保管先とBotの添付から削除します。削除処理が失敗した場合は再試行します。
- 未完了の送信データ：24時間で期限切れにし、部分データを削除します。公開文の草稿・要求情報は再送のため7日保持します。
- 運営DBのIP由来ハッシュ：24時間を期限として除去します。認証用の一時情報・セッションはそれぞれの有効期限または解除まで管理します。
- 公開された本文・会話・状態タグ、受付番号・日時・対応状況：サポート履歴として継続保管します。30日削除の対象とは別です。
上記の期限はサーバーとBot添付に適用します。調査担当者が取得・展開したコピーは、調査のために必要でなくなった時点で削除し、削除依頼時にも対象のコピーを確認します。期限前の削除を希望する場合は下記窓口へご連絡ください。削除対応後も、受付番号・処理日時・対応状況・再送防止用の一方向の識別値など、重複送信防止と対応記録に必要な最小限の情報を保持します。アカウントの管理情報は報告の削除とは別に取り扱います。
5. 外部サービス・国外での処理
受信・認証・保管にCloudflare Workers／D1／R2、本人確認・公開投稿・通知にDiscordを利用します。いずれも米国の事業者が提供するサービスで、日本国外で情報が処理されることがあります。保存先を日本国内だけに限定する設定ではありません。Cloudflareの地域ヒントは保存国の保証ではなく、Discordの処理先も運営が一つの国に固定できません。各社の処理・保護措置については、Cloudflareのプライバシーポリシー、Cloudflareのデータ処理契約、Discordのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
通信時のIP等は各社でも処理されます。公開投稿を第三者が保存したコピー、Discordで利用者が追加したメッセージ、各社のバックアップや一時キャッシュを、運営の操作だけですべて消去することはできません。各社の権利行使窓口もご利用いただけます。運営DBの復元用バックアップはCloudflareのTime Travelにより最大30日保持され、復元時には削除記録を再適用してから利用を再開します。
6. 問い合わせ・開示・訂正・削除
窓口はDiscordの運営者「yakyusuki」へのDMです。公式コミュニティからも連絡できます。受付番号とご希望の対応をDMでお知らせください。公開スレッドへ本人確認書類・住所・パスワード等を投稿しないでください。報告に使ったDiscordアカウントからのDMと受付情報で本人を確認します。必要以上の情報や、公開投稿による本人確認を求めません。
本人確認後、対象の診断ZIP・画像・Botの添付・Botが掲載した本文とメンション・タイトル・運営DBの本人との直接の結び付きを削除する手順を用意しています。他人の会話や通常セーブをまとめて削除しません。調査担当者が取得したZIP・展開データも確認し、対応結果や、法令上・運用上保持が必要な情報がある場合はその内容と理由をDMで案内します。開示・訂正・利用停止等のご相談も同じ窓口で受け付け、遅滞なく対応します。事業者の正式な名称・住所等の法定事項についても、本人からの求めに応じて遅滞なく回答します。
7. 変更
取り扱いを変更する場合はこのページを更新します。利用目的や公開範囲を実質的に広げる変更では、適切な案内と、必要な場合の同意を行います。

Operator: Optiory Studio. Updated 2026-10-27. This notice covers voluntary bug reports and their Discord identity verification for Ballpark Champions. Single-player play does not require Discord.
Opening the form prepares diagnostics locally. Linking Discord processes identity information. Diagnostic data is uploaded only when you select Send to Discord. Report titles, descriptions, up to five selected images, and your Discord account through a mention are visible to people who can access the forum. Images are re-encoded without their original filename, path or EXIF; visible personal information inside an image is not automatically removed.
Logs, a diagnostic copy of game saves, and environment information are encrypted with the developer's public key and used by authorized developers to reproduce, investigate and fix bugs. Encrypted ZIPs may be attached to Discord; larger ZIPs use an access-protected developer link. The developer can decrypt them. We also process Discord and service account IDs, limited-lived authentication data, receipt numbers, timestamps, status, replay-prevention identifiers and IP-derived hashes for support, identity verification and abuse prevention. We do not obtain Discord passwords or retain its access tokens after verification and revocation.
Diagnostic ZIPs and images are removed from our server storage and Bot attachments after a 30-day retention period, with retries for failed deletion. Downloaded developer copies are removed when no longer needed for investigation and are also checked for an erasure request. Unfinished uploads expire after 24 hours; drafts and request information are kept for seven days. IP-derived hashes in our database are cleared after 24 hours. Authentication information follows its own expiry or unlinking rules. Public text, conversations, status tags and support records remain until deletion is requested or otherwise necessary. Minimal receipts, deletion records and one-way replay-prevention identifiers may remain after erasure.
We use Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2 and Discord, both provided by US-based companies. Processing is not restricted to Japan, and the services may process information in other countries. A Cloudflare location hint does not guarantee a storage country. See the linked providers' privacy policies and data processing terms above. Copies saved by others, user-posted Discord messages, and provider backups or caches cannot all be removed by the operator. Cloudflare D1 recovery backups may persist for up to 30 days; deletion records must be reapplied before restored data is used.
For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, DM yakyusuki on Discord with your receipt number from the reporting account. Do not post identity documents or other private information publicly. After verifying ownership, we can remove diagnostic files, Bot-published personal content and the report's direct account link. Downloaded developer copies are also checked. Necessary retained records and the result are explained privately. Account deletion is a separate process. Required legal operator details are available promptly on request. We update this page when our practices change.
